If the prisoner's release is directed he/she will be subject to standard licence conditions. The Commissioners will recommend any additional licence condition(s) that it is felt may be required to ensure that the prisoner can be released safely into the community. These conditions will be specific to his/her circumstances (please refer to licence conditions section for more information).
Also, the panel, in its decision, may recommend the inclusion of other conditions tailored to the particular circumstances of the prisoner's case. It is important if the prisoner has anything that they want to say about any proposed licence condition that he/she do so during the hearing.
